AC failed on a Sunday. Gulf Coast Air messaged me to let me know that they would be there first thing Monday morning, which they were. They had us back up and running by noon. The estimate to repair the unit was much lower than the competitions quote. Gulf Coast Air is the only company I use for all of my AC/Heating needs.

Fast service, I have been totally satisfied with the service provided by Gulf Coast. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Give these guys a call if you want professionalism and honesty when it comes to all things HVAC.

Called them at 9am and was on their schedule for that afternoon for routine service and a heat pump that wasn't working well. Serviced both our units and got our heat pump back in business, explained things well and actually was early for the appointment window. Glad I found them! Update: came back out a a few weeks later when compressor wasn't working, found a loose connection and fixed in 2 minutes.

I saw they had many 5/5 star reviews, and decided to call. Jeremy was at my home within hours, gave me a low pressure explanation of what needed fixed, and completed the work a couple days later. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Not cheap but more than reasonably priced for the quality of the provided products and for the care and precision taken to any repair made in your home. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Gulf Coast AC & Heating! Our furnace stopped working and I initially called another company, who came out and told me that our system was poorly installed and we needed to replace all of the ductwork in our entire home (an $8k+ repair!). I called Gulf Coast for a second opinion, and Mr. Jeremy Hagans came out the next day. He cleaned a part and got the system running in 20 minutes, no astronomical repair required. He gave us helpful feedback on our system, and while we may need to make more repairs down the line, he got the heat on with no scare tactics or ridiculous upselling. He was also accommodating, considerate, professional, and generous, which speaks to his character and the way he does business. EXCELLENT!! I called this company at 8 am, by 9:15 my home had been checked thoroughly! Jeremy checked the attic for any leaks, gave expert advice for future safe guarding measures. He determined it was not a HVAC equipment issue. He actually waved any service fee for his time. He was a blessing sent my way this morning!

We recently had a new AC and furnace installed by Gulf Coast AC. They gave us a very competitive price which allowed us to go to a higher sear (more energy efficient) unit. They replaced our old system in one day and left a clean worksite. The new unit is much quieter than our old one yet it puts out significantly more air. We had one problem with the old tubing and they were out the next day to repair. Everyone we have met from this company have been extremely polite and knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend their services.

The absolute best - I could not be more pleased with the service, the cost and most of all with the technician, Jeremy. He was punctual, honest and took the time to fully explain both what he was doing to alleviate the problem and what we needed to do to avoid future ones. Without a doubt, Gulf Coast Air is one of the best companies we have ever done business with. Daniel and his team stand by what they offer. Fair pricing, excellent customer service and above all honesty. Daniel installed a new AC system as well as a complex duct system. This was not an easy undertaking. It took a lot of creative effort and time on Daniel's part to design the duct work to ensure we would finally have cool air throughout our home. Keeping upstairs cool has been a problem for many years. We never could find anyone to solve the problem. Thanks to Gulf Coast Air, we finally have a cool and comfortable upstairs, and no more hot or cold spots downstairs. Plus, our electricity bill has been greatly reduced. Honest and reliable service. Family operated . The prices are reasonable and they offer several different brands to fit most budgets. I have had them service or replace AC/Heat at 2 different homes and been pleased both times. They also put new duct work and spray insulation into one house and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

AC stopped cooling in the middle of the day. Called Gulf Coast and didn't get an answer right away, so I tried a couple of other places. I didn't like what I heard when I asked for info and to schedule, and tried to call Gulf Coast again. Daniel answered this time and I scheduled a service call with his team after a short conversation. Kevin came out and got to work immediately. He asked some questions, looked at the system, and I had an answer and a price quote in the first three minutes. the problem was fixed in less than ten. Kevin and I discussed the causes and the possibility of a new system. When I bought the house the previous owner did some work on the AC to complete the sale, so the replacement suggestion did not come as a surprise. We discussed options, pricing, financing, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. 5/5 stars will call Gulf Coast again when I am ready to buy a new system. Update. Almost a year after my initial call my system died. Gulf Coast came out and quoted a system and was upfront about pricing, fees, and warranty info. They installed a new full Trane system. They put in a concrete slab for the outside unit, enlarged my intake, and ran new piping and wiring. All work looks quality and they didn't leave a mess. I waited almost a year to review them as I wanted to see how the system performed and if we needed follow up service. So far everything is perfect and running smoothly. 5/5 will call Gulf Coast for future AC and heating needs.

I feel so blessed to have found an honest hvac repairman !! Chris is hands down by far the most honest, and professional contractor we've had come to our home in years! He completed the work correctly and did extras on top of what our quote was for without charging us! He showed up right on time on the scheduled work day and was quite a pleasure to be around! You know how some contractors make you feel under pressure and like you are getting ripped off? Well, the buck stops with Gulf Coast Heating and Air! They are professional and by far the most affordable quote we received for installation services.
